Susan Zook leads Mason Street Consulting LLC, a Washington, DC-based firm that advises small to large healthcare and technology companies on government affairs and business development. Among her clients are Meta, VillageMD, Global Medical Response and CapitalRX. Susan helps clients achieve legislative goals and grow their business by leveraging 20 years of experience across multinational 500 Fortune companies, startups, and Capitol Hill. While in Congress, she served as healthcare policy advisor for Senator Mike Crapo, Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, and built a large network of bipartisan relationships. Based on her corporate experience at major companies such as Fresenius and Aetna, she understands client needs and how to craft messages and align federal strategies to meet corporate goals.

Mason Street Consulting was named “Top Lobbyist “by The Hill for the past 4 years and a 2019 Fastest Growing New Lobbying Firm by Bloomberg Government and recognized as a Bloomberg Top Lobbying Firm in 2023 and 2024. Susan served as a board member for the Women’s Congressional Staff Association and Center for Healthcare Values.

Eleanor “Ellie” Styles, J.D., is the Director of Government Affairs at Mason Street Consulting, where she brings a diverse background in legal analysis, public policy, congressional engagement, and healthcare government affairs to support Mason Street’s federal strategy. Ellie first joined Mason Street as a Legislative Assistant prior to law school, where she tracked congressional health care policy initiatives.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Communications, Cum Laude, from Tulane University, and earned her Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law, where her coursework concentrated in Health Law and Policy Development. Her professional experience spans federal health policy, state-level agency work at the Texas Education Agency, and legal research at the Texas Association of School Boards.
